A Working Lab is Akademiska Hus' national concept for co-working, makerspace, learning lab, flexible contracts and other meeting places. It is our took to develop near-campus environments where students, researchers, industry and other societal actors can easily meet in new, flexible forms. A Working Lab is developed in cooperation with the actors within the spaces, with the actual building as a test bed for innovation.

Companies, organizations and people with different backgrounds can rent physical space for the duration they need and get access to services according to their specific needs. This is the place for conferences and meetings, education and workshops. The concept A Working Lab is continuously evolving together with our members, to always be tailored for their needs at the time. However, the main idea and the associated services that we have gathered under the name A Working Lab will remain the same, and be the platform for our new meeting places and services being shaped around the country.
